Excellent customer service. As we could not decide between two clocks we were able to purchase both so we could decide which one was perfect for our home and we would be able to return the other one....
Customer Service could have been a bit better. Did not see someone (especially owner) to be annoyed for a year old baby playing on one of the displays -
