Did have to send some items back some weeks ago due to fit and have not yet been notified that the items have been refunded. Most other internet sites I shop with are much more prompt dealing with...

Did have to send some items back some weeks ago due to fit and have not yet been notified that the items have been refunded. Most other internet sites I shop with are much more prompt dealing with refinds. Also on this survey I have to rate items I am sending back but there is no option for "sent back due to fit / style" etc. so will have to rate as "not tried yet".

I like the clothes although the qualiity is not always so good and have had to return a few things . The delivery is much quicker these days (used to take appx 2 weeks!)
