Thank you for you comments regarding the items you ordered from us and the lack of communication you received re the back ordered item, and the fact that the candles looked bigger in the catalogue. We are always trying to improve communication to our customers, particularly regarding back ordered items, so we are now looking at improvements to our IT that will allow us to pull this data quicker and respond to customers quicker deliveries. The idea of putting dimensions next to the candles is great and one we will look at doing for future accessories and gifts, so thanks for this, as it is hard sometimes to give a true image of the item in the catalogue.
