Thanks you for your comments re the Cardigan you brought from us. We were disappointed to see that the quality was poor and when a new product has press-studs fall off we would class this, as been a faulty product. We only sell perfect goods, and where items are substandard we would want them back so that we can refund or exchange the item. Also we can then take any quality issues up with our supplier. You can always find funky, unusual pieces at Joe Browns without having to spend hours rummaging for a bargain. Whenever I wear something from them I always receive compliments - love them
