Customer service on placing order and amending existing orders are excellent. To date, delivery has always been prompt and efficent. My only criticism is with the sizing guide, particularly with men's trousers/jeans - waist measurements, in reality, seem slightly on the large size and inside leg measurements can be confusing as most retailers use differing definitions.
