Some nice clothes, a bit hit and miss though. Wasn't impressed with having to pay so much postage and packaging when it took so long to arrive - and then it still costs to return items as well.

I am therefore sorry to see that the Essential Flared Mac was not suitable for you and I hope there is something more appropriate for you in the next range we are excited to offer. In regards to our returns policy, we ask customers to kindly cover the costs of returns (unless a mistake has been made on our behalf) and this way we can keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality. As we continue to grow in the future however a new returns service is something we will look into.
