Thank you for sending us your views on the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the products and level of service did not come up to expectations. I have passed your comments re the quality and price through to the buying office to look at these points. We are continually trying to improve service levels and we do use a courier service to deliver items which are above the weight we use Royal Mail for.If there is an issue with the carriers we use please let us know as we would need to sort this with them as a matter of urgency. At present we do not offer free returns, most companies that do will build a cost for this in to their selling price. We would rather not dot his as it is a hidden cost that the consumer has to pay. I love the clothes from Joe Browns, I know it is a little above the average…
I love the clothes from Joe Browns, I know it is a little above the average pricewise but it is different from any other high street clothing and is worth it!
