With Standard delivery, the order will arrive between 4 - 6 working days, and with premium delivery this would be between 2 - 3 working days. We always aim to deliver between the specified time frames. We appreciate your feedback and this has been passed on to the relevant department. If you return the items to us that you are not happy with within our 30 day money back guarantee time frame, and we will be happy to offer a refund.
