Thank you for providing feedback and I'm so sorry to read you were unsatisfied with our service along with our playing card stock.
I'm aware there was confusion in regards to the payment, as you had initially uploaded artwork to the wrong job and actually required a different quantity which resulted in an invoice for the wrong quantity being sent across and a delay while we tried to understand what had happened.
In regards to any physical product issues I know you said you didn't get in touch but I really would like you to so we can understand and rectify any potential issues you had, print sticking between cards is not something we have seen before.

Really good service. Only disappointment was that paper supplier did not have grade of card I wanted, so delayed print by 3 weeks. Ivory kept me informed and offered me some compensation.
