Hi,
I was both sorry and very disappointed to read that you were unhappy with the level of service offered. Truthfully, I really do feel like Ivory has done everything possible to help you.
The artwork supplied to us had each card designed with a completely different CMYK colour mix, our studio advised that if they were aren’t all the same colour the final product will not be as desirable and offered to help multiple times, but you insisted on running the artwork in this state, which unfortunately resulted in the first test pack having cards with varying shades of blue and orange.
For the second test pack the studio actually went through each card and made sure every colour was the exact same CMYK mix, the feedback I got from yourself when we delivered in December was very positive and I suspect your reason for writing this review was because in a conversation yesterday where it was explained that test pack refunds are taken off the price of the full run and you were unable to proceed.
