Thank you very much for your review and the kind words about our quality, but I am really sorry to read you were disappointed with the timings.
Last Christmas period was particularly stressful due to both the global material supply chain issues and the rapidly rising cases of Covid-19 that effected our local area. However these circumstances only serve as excuses if we don't work harder to ensure any disruptions are communicated in a timely manner - it sounds like this wasn't the case in this instance and for that we apologise.
