Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the house, pool and garden. The neighbour irrigated his field for 2 days - we apologise if the noise was too loud. Regarding the mosquitoes, as the villa is in the countryside I am afraid we cannot do much about them, the owner has said he will look into putting up some mosquito nets on the windows next year but for the outside, we can only suggest using the citronella candles that keep them at bay. As for the mattresses, we are sorry that you found them uncomfortable; they are not old and as this is such a subjective matter it's difficult to get it perfect for each preference. Slechtste vakantie-ervaring ooit. Extreem smerig met glas rond het zwembad en schimmel in de kamers! Ook ontbrak de meest standaard benodigdheden zoals koffiezetapparaat en bestek.

We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, as you contacted us to complain only after your return from your one week holiday, we were completely unaware of any problems.
The villa had an Italian Coffee Maker, and it has no air-conditioning as per our description. The markings due to some condensation have been removed with a further cleaning which could have been carried out had you informed us while there.
Had you informed us while there, as per our terms and conditions, we would have acted promptly to rectify the small problems you encountered. I wish you had given us the possibility to resolve any issues and improve your stay such as sending cleaners for an additional cleaning and provided you with additional cutlery (the villa has cutlery for the number of guests it can accommodate but we can always provide more if needed).
