They identified the claim.

It was good but I was aware that Lloyds bank did all the work and communication. They just identified the claim. For that they got nearly a third of the payout.

We must advise though that we did more that identify your claim for the miss sold Free Standing AVC, we communicated with Lloyds Bank/Scottish Widows and with Equiniti (the actuaries that calculated your refund) on your behalf.
