We're sorry to hear that you did not think your item was on time. You placed your order on the 5th of June, which is a Sunday, (we do not ship on weekends), so it was shipped out on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday. DPD would have emailed you to ask you the delivery options you wanted to take and we see that you chose to have the parcel delivered to a shop.

I required a bra for the next day, although at first I wasn't too keen on paying so much, end price being £36 including next day delivery, I do not regret it one bit.
