Thankfully did not need to use insurance, but the documents downloaded were very comprehensive

didn't like the fact that the policy will automatically renewed when it expires. Was very busy so went along with it.

Could you please send me a paper copy of my entire travel insurance policy. Printing it is too big a job and reading it online isn't practical when I'm travelling.

I found the whole process very easy and quick and when I'd realised that I'd made a mistake with my dates it was rectified promptly and efficiently.
