I am sorry to hear that you have not received the expected cash back offered on quidco's discount website. However, whilst there is a link to insurefor.com's travel insurance on quidco's website, any cashback is offered by quidco, subject to their terms and conditions, and the insurance provider is not party to this contract. Perhaps you could contact quidco to raise this issue with them.

Quidco have told me that is was you guys who declined to pay out on the offer - and that you don't respond to 'a case' being opened, so it's Insurefor, not Quidco, who aren't playing fair.

Our sincere apologies - due to a tecnical error the sale of the policy by quidco failed to be recognised. As a result, in turn quidco were unable to make the cashback payment. However, the issue has been resolved and you should now receive your cashback from quidco.
