Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Our policies are all obtained on an auto-renewal basis; we send policy documents 4 weeks in advance with the option to cancel the policy. We can assure you we take data protection of our customers very seriously and there is no breach of GDPR.

We do request an itemised list so we can cross reference any claim that is made to the items insured.

Thanks fro your prompt response. Totally understand about creating a list to cross reference items. My query is still with the auto renewal as I have paid in full for a years insurance, why have you kept my card details. The Financial ombudsman states: 'From what we see, most insurers now give their customers a choice about whether they want their policy to renew automatically. If we find that a policy was set up to be automatically renewed, we’ll make sure that the insurer made this clear - for example, in the policy documents or any discussions they had - when their customer took out the policy' Can you clarify where this is made clear so that I know where to look when making one off purchases of insurance

Quoted £186 online then when they emailed my documents the price was £205 After questioning them as to why this has happened offered no explanation but they reduced my premium to £194, still more...

After not receiving replies to my emails I have lost any confidence in this company if I was to make a claim. I therefore sent you an email requesting to cancel the policy within the 14 day cooling off period yesterday but still no response apart from your response on feefo. Feefo seems to be the only way to make you take notice!

See copy of email sent to you on the 16th August from:P A******e <0*******@gmail.com> to:Customer Services date:Thu, Aug 16, 2018 at 10:07 PM subject:Re: Policy: WT/67391*** mailed-by:gmail.com Dear Sir/Madam Please cancel this policy under the 14 day cancellation period. Your service has a lot to be desired and having experienced first hand how poor you are at communication and that you cannot even get a simple thing like the premium correct I have no confidence that if I had to make a claim that you would deal with it efficiently or correctly. I have now taken out a policy with another company therefore please cancel this policy and refund my full payment ASAP. Regards P A******e

Very poor communication! Purchased and elected for correspondance by mail - 10 days and nothing received to date. Nearly bought another policy as money not removed from credit card account for 7 days!

The payment can take up to 10 working days to be taken from your account; you have nothing to worry about though, the policy is set up correctly.
