Insight Vacations Reviews

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review. It is encouraging to learn that the sights, hotels and meals made such a favourable impression, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver took such thoughtful care of every guest. We are especially pleased that your guide helped you when you were unwell, and that the suggestions for meals and the Coach Driver's willingness to take you directly to the restaurants made each day easier. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary allowed you to see all of Sicily's principal sights, and that your Travel Director's personable manner and careful organisation, together with the quality of the Local Guides and the food, made such a favourable impression. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding the standard of the hotels, which will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered in future planning. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the service excellent and the Travel Directors so highly regarded, and that the itinerary offered such a rewarding range of sights across France. We appreciate your helpful suggestion that guests may wish to add a few days in Paris before or after the tour, given how much the city has to offer. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of response from our customer service team regarding the interruption to your Rocky Mountaineer journey. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a disruption to your trip, especially without timely communication from us. This is not the standard we strive to provide. We have forwarded your comments to our Operations Department for a thorough review. We value your candour and deeply regret any disappointment this has caused.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the trip a good one and that the itinerary allowed you to see most of the park. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, that your Travel Director took the trouble to get to know every guest, and that your luggage was handled so efficiently at each hotel. We are sorry, however, that the Optional Excursion to Montenegro did not meet your expectations, particularly given the lengthy delay at the border, the time spent on the coach and the brevity of the visit to Kotor. Your observations will be shared with our Product Development and Operations Department so that they may be considered when reviewing this excursion. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
