Insight Vacations Reviews

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and generous review, and for choosing to travel with us on six occasions. It is encouraging to learn that the knowledge and organisation of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, together with the regular comfort stops and the ease of having luggage and driving taken care of, contributed to a journey that felt both safe and personal. We are pleased that the Local Experts and the historical commentary on the impact of the Second World War gave you such a rewarding understanding of each location, and that the architecture, food and company made this one of your favourite tours. We also appreciate your helpful advice to future guests regarding the early starts and the importance of being comfortable on cobblestones. We are grateful for your continued loyalty and look forward to welcoming you on your next journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary allowed you to see so much, despite the amount of travel involved, and that you found the accommodation excellent and your Travel Director so knowledgeable. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that the tour did not match the expectations you had formed, particularly given the price and the standard you had anticipated. We recognise that the number of wine tastings and family dinners may have felt repetitive within a smaller country, and that a journey of this value should feel distinctive, especially for a guest with considerable experience of group travel. Your comments will be shared with our Product Development and Operations Department so that they may be taken into account when reviewing the content and quality of our itineraries. We are grateful for your candour and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further should you wish to contact our guest relations team.

Thank you for sharing such an enthusiastic review. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director's personality, knowledge and gift for storytelling made such a strong impression, and that your Coach Driver's skill ensured a punctual and safe journey throughout. We are pleased that your experience of Ireland was so rewarding, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and candid review. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, and that communication with us was consistently good. We are sorry, however, that the itinerary felt rushed, and that the time spent on the coach and the ferry crossing to and from Ireland reduced the time available in each destination. Your reflections on the structure of the journey, together with your suggestion of quizzes or background music to break up the longer drives, are valuable and will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered when reviewing our itineraries. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that the booking process and the arrangements throughout the tour were straightforward, and that the information provided was comprehensive and accurate. We are pleased that your Travel Director and the lodging were so highly regarded, and that the itinerary allowed you to see so much of the island, with the two-night stays offering a welcome pause between destinations. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your Coach Driver and Travel Director were so highly regarded. We appreciate your helpful suggestion that a wider range of Optional Excursions would better suit senior travellers, as activities such as horseback riding or helicopter flights will not appeal to every guest. Your comments will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered when reviewing the Optional Excursions we offer. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the easy pace of the itinerary and the stays of at least two nights in most locations so well suited to you. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that the tour offered such a meaningful insight into life in Eastern Europe before and after the end of communism, and that the variety of cultures and culinary experiences added to your enjoyment. We also appreciate your suggestion that a companion app would have enhanced the journey, and it will be shared with our Product Development Department so that it may be considered in future planning. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your Coach Driver and Travel Director were so professional, and that the scenery and history of Croatia made such a favourable impression on you. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
