Thank you for sharing such a considered and generous review. It is encouraging to learn that you returned home so satisfied, and that the itinerary offered such a comprehensive blend of sights, locations and cultural experiences. We are pleased that the careful attention to detail, together with the informative commentary of your Travel Director and the skill of your Coach Driver, made the journey feel safe, well managed and rewarding from start to finish. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such an enthusiastic review. It is encouraging to learn that the scenery and the range of highlights made such a strong impression, and that the visit to the Buffalo Bill Centre and the ranch experience, where you were made to feel part of the family, were so rewarding. We are pleased that you found the Local Guides experienced and knowledgeable, and that the autumn colours added to your enjoyment of the national parks. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and constructive review. It is encouraging to learn that you found the tour a wonderful experience overall, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded. We are sorry, however, that several aspects fell short of the standard you should expect, in particular the quality of certain included dinners, the service at a crowded venue, and the conduct and delivery of some Local Guides. Comments made by a guide on matters of religion and homelessness are not in keeping with our values, and we regret that they offended. We also recognise that a Local Guide who moves too far ahead of the group, or repeats material within a single day, does not provide the experience that guests are entitled to expect at this price. Your observations will be referred to our Product Development and Operations Department so that dining venues and the training and oversight of Local Guides may be reviewed. We are grateful for your candour and hope to have the opportunity to offer you an even more rewarding experience on another journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your tour guide's knowledge and humorous manner of sharing it made such a positive impression, and that the hotels were welcoming and the food was of a high standard. We are pleased that the itinerary allowed you to see so much of Ireland and Scotland, and that you found the choice of tours worthwhile, even if the schedule was busy. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our apologies that the early part of the itinerary left you feeling so exhausted. We recognise that the number of stops in the first few days made for a demanding start, and that the time allowed in the smaller towns later in the tour did not suit your preferences. Your observations on the balance and pacing of the itinerary will be shared with our Product Development and Operations Department so that they may be considered when reviewing the structure of our tours. We are grateful for your candour and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience on another journey.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review. It is encouraging to learn that the sights, hotels and meals made such a favourable impression, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver took such thoughtful care of every guest. We are especially pleased that your guide helped you when you were unwell, and that the suggestions for meals and the Coach Driver's willingness to take you directly to the restaurants made each day easier. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary allowed you to see all of Sicily's principal sights, and that your Travel Director's personable manner and careful organisation, together with the quality of the Local Guides and the food, made such a favourable impression. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding the standard of the hotels, which will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered in future planning. We are pleased that the online booking process was straightforward, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
