It saddens us to learn that some of the accommodation on the tour did not meet your expectations; therefore we have forwarded your comments to our Quality Control department to aid in their inquiry with the hotels. Also, while the individual rooms may vary in size depending on each accommodation, we would like to apologise for any discomfort that you may have experienced. Additionally, we truly regret to read that you had a bad encounter with some other members on the tour, and hope that didn't discourage you from making new connections within the group. Furthermore, we appreciate that the itinerary may not have been to your suited your individual preferences; however we still hope that you left your time in Morocco with some memorable highlights.

The Trans-Canadian Grandeur tour is a wonderful way for our guests to embark on a unique journey whilst taking in Canada's picturesque landscapes. However, having said that; we truly regret to learn that you experienced disruptions to your rail arrival in Toronto. While we do make known on our website and brochures that local rail traffic conditions may result in service delays. In the event of such occurrences, Via Rail Canada will do everything to rectify any potential setbacks. Nonetheless, we apologise for any inconvenience that you encountered as a result of the delays, yet we do hope that you enjoyed the rest of your experience, and left the tour with some amazing memories.
