Our Tour Directors are there to manage the details of our guests’ journey so that everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. That's why; it saddens us to learn that our Tour Director's assistance fell short of your expectations. As a result, we have forwarded these comments to our Operations department so that they can be addressed. Nevertheless, please allow us to apologise for any inconvenience that you may have encountered. Furthermore, we have passed on your thoughts and suggestions to our Product Development department for their consideration. That said; we sincerely hope that you were able to take some lasting highlights away from your experience in Eastern Europe.
