As a result, your comments have been forwarded to our Operations and Product Development teams for their respective review. Additionally, we are disappointed to read that some of the accommodation did not meet your expectations; so we have passed on your feedback to our Quality Control team for their inquiry. As well, we appreciate that you would have liked all of the excursions to be included in the price of the tour. Therefore, perhaps if you are considering journeying with us again in the future; our Luxury Gold Vacations with all experiences included, might be better suited to your preferences. Nevertheless, we are very pleased that you had a captivating time exploring off the beaten track with us in Scotland.
