We are very pleased that you enjoyed exploring the different destinations with Insight Vacations on the Road to Rome tour and we are equally as pleased that you would recommend our experiences to others. Additionally, whilst on our tour we will do everything to accommodate our guests' requirements. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee assistance with your luggage when checking in at the airports, and would kindly advise that you make arrangements with the airlines/airport in advance. Having said that, we apologise if this was miscommunicated in any way, and for any inconvenience this may have caused to the end of your journey. Furthermore, we have passed on your suggestions to our product development team for their consideration going forward.
