The Dalmatian Elegance tour is a great way for our guests to discover the history and beauty of Croatia in a relaxing way. That’s why it pleases us to read that the itinerary was perfect for the way you wanted to experience this destination. That said, it saddens us to learn that the rooms and meals did not live up to your expectations, so we have passed on these comments to our Quality Control department for their inquiries. Furthermore, gratuities are included for the waiters, chamber maids and porters at the docks. However, if you want to extend these to your Local Experts or any additional persons you may; yet, all gratuities do remain optional and at your own discretion.  Nevertheless, we truly hope that you left your journey with many wonderful memories.
