We will be sure to pass on the kind comments to his manager and we are delighted that the Treasures of Italy itinerary was everything that you had hoped for. 

As a valued past guest, your feedback is essential to us in ensuring that each of our departures is meeting the high standards that we expect here at Insight Vacations. As such, it sincerely disheartens us to read that there were aspects of your journey that you found to be disappointing. Please rest assured that your observations and suggestions have been passed on to our Product Development and Operations teams to assess where changes could be made to improve our guests' experience going forward. Taking in so many fascinating destinations in just a snapshot time will often mean extended periods of travel on our coaches; however, we still believe that this is the best way to take in so many incredible sights at great value. Therefore, we are extremely pleased that you truly enjoyed the Highlights of Eastern Europe itinerary and we hope to share more amazing adventures with you in the future. 

While unfortunately, we are unable to take credit for the amazing weather, we are extremely pleased that the length of the Country Roads of Portugal itinerary suited you perfectly. As well we are equally as happy that you were fond of each destination that you visited, however, we recognise that you felt more time in each would have made for an even more wonderful experience. As such, we have passed on your recommendations internally to the relevant departments for their reflection. With that being said; we hope that you have returned home with many unforgettable memories.

For operational purposes, our Travel Directors may have to make adjustments to the itinerary to ensure our guests' satisfaction.
