Web site needs clearer flight information i.e. luggage allowance
Although the web site is good I couldn't find the luggage allowance on the web even at the payment stage so had to make phone contact

Very frustrating the screen kept freezing and in the end we had to use two iPads to keep going. Nearly never booked it!

Efficient
Tel booking was excellent with efficient and helpful advisor. Trying yo book on line was not easy, but tel option solved yhe problem.
