How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Highly recommend Infinity Group

Rob was fantastic on Saturday evening and Ryan was brilliant on Monday. Both worked tirelessly to sort the issues in difficult conditions.

Helpful engineer

Answered questions to all of our queries, we still do feel, however, it is a bit of a complicated system, but we do understand it more following the visit from the engineer.
