Sorted immediately.

Avoid, unclear T&C's and shoddy service

We have a support contract with Infinity and when we went to cancel 45 days before the end of our contract but have been stung by their unclear T&C's stating that we must continue to pay for another...

We are sorry for any confusion you have experienced here around our Terms & Conditions. Terms are signed by all customers at the start of their contracts with us. There is a 90 day notice period with regards to cancelling contracts, this is standard practice within our industry, and applies to both parties, this ensures we are correctly resourced at all times and can deliver an efficient off boarding process. Delivering outstanding customer service is something we take great pride in, we certainly strive to resolve any issues as soon as we are made aware of them and can only apologise if this was not the case. We do have a process to deal with complaints which is detailed in our complaints code on our website https://www.infinitygroup.co.uk/customer-complaints-code/ this ensures that all complaints are dealt with in the correct manor for resolution.
