The heart of our work is about tailoring each and every course to the delegate's needs, rather than following a set agenda. And it's important to us that people engage with the work rather than taking notes about it. These are also reasons why the post-course notes don't always reflect what happened in the room as they are a bit generic - we don't update them after each course. However, your solution is excellent and I will suggest to our trainers that they encourage delegates to take pics of the walls and flip charts. All our courses are interactive because we find that first, it's more fun and second, it's the best way to learn. Especially with assertiveness, where you have to try out new behaviours that suit your personal style, rather than trying to shoehorn you into the 'right' way to be assertive!
