Thank you for your feedback. However, I can see that you received a response to every email you sent in, all of which were regarding a refund request, which was then processed.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best experience. However, I can see from our systems that you bought directly from our website without ever speaking to a member of our customer support team to ask their advice on which course would be the best fit for your learning needs. There is also plenty of information on each product page, giving you a full overview of the course, how it is delivered and the total cost.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you faced, this is not the experience we strive to provide for our customers. I understand that a member of our customer service team has since been in touch with you to apologise, and has swapped over your e-learning course and exam vouchers, so that you now have access to the correct product.
