I was told afterwards that I should have known that I could use the material only one year. But there was no way I should have seen that.

Thank you for your feedback, we're glad to hear you enjoyed the course. As a standard, we don't provide completion certificates for our courses, and we don't state anywhere that we do provide certificates, so apologies if you had assumed that you would receive one. If you had completed and passed an exam for an accredited course (such as PRINCE2), you would have received a digital certificate from the examining body.
