How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Phone contact was good but I did notice that not all of the email correspondence was "personally addressed" (iE: Dear Mr Smith, etc...). This would have been nice.
