Reacted to issue quickly and advised interested parties of actions taken.
Mat responded promptly to my email notification to advise Courier of our correct address so that parcel was delivered on next business day.

Not the Normal Service
Order did not turn up. I had to chase in January, only to be told that a new order would have to be placed. This not the service i normally get from ID Cards Direct
