The Reg number was wrong, and i had to pay an Extra £10 on top of my full payment for insurance, as it was not my fault, it was a Typing Error on there side, i had to pay it,

I'm sorry you feel this way. We emailed a quote for checking and you signed the paperwork confirming we had all of the correct information. This is done to ensure there are no mistakes. We didn't charge a correction fee as a good will gesture without being asked, purely passed on the insurer's charge.
