Thank you for sending us your feedback. Our focus is still on providing the lowest available last-minute hotel deals, but we also want to provide rates that are reliable. Hotels can set their online rate at any time, and rates may change due to seasonality, such as for summer travel, or lower them for less busy months. The perks of registering for an account are to be able to save hotels you like for later and to be able to access your favorites from any device, allowing you to manage your trip more effectively. You can also set up email preferences so you can receive our guides via email once they're released, or sign up to get our special regional newsletters.  We hope this helps! Our hotel partners offer the coupon rate based on availability- that means that at high-travel times, or on holidays, they may not have the coupon rate available as frequently as they do at slower times. We hope you're having a good vacation!

 Most hotels have a certain number or percentage of rooms available at their advertised coupon rate for each night. Once they have filled that set quantity, they  cannot accept any more coupons for that evening. We strongly recommend calling the hotel within 24 hours of your arrival to ask whether they expect to be able to accept coupons. That way you will be aware if there are any issues, such as high coupon use, special events in the area, or holidays when coupons are not accepted. Thank you for letting us know about your experience!
