Bed arrived with no head board. Head board came following day then the single mattress the day after that. Then had to unload the bed and carry into the house without any help from delivery driver....

Thank you for your review.I am sorry that you feel like this as we did explain at the time of ordering that there would be 3 deliveries as the products you choose came from different suppliers and that we could not guarantee the delivery day. Regarding the bed we did explain that this was a delivery to the front door as the drivers were not insured to carry it into the house. I am pleased that you find the bed comfortable and that now the whole process is at an end that you are very happy.

great prices - easy to use website and delivery is quick although delivery people weren't very good - left everything outside but that is not under the control of contract beds
