Very easy to deal with and were open to negotiation. The staff were easy going and did not pressurise in any way. Have dealt with them for my last CRV as well and bent over backward to please.

In the main there is a lot to recommend and little to pick fault with. The only point against is that I was assured that the mpg on my new car would be similar to my old one. It is in fact 25% lower.
