Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We do really value all feedback, both good and bad, as we do listen and change procedures when necessary. With the majority of transactions we work on, we do have to rely on third party companies to carry out work in order to get to completion. This may be valuers, solicitors or agents. The vast majority of times these transactions run smoothly but occasionally we do also feel let down by the level of customer care from these third parties. I am sorry to hear your transaction on this occasion didn’t run as smoothly as it could and can confidently say that any future transaction will be carefully attended to.
