Thank you for your comments. When a holiday is packaged it is done on a total price for all passengers. Our system breaks this down per passenger, irrespective of age, although any savings are applied. Name changes incur costs and this is an airline and/or hotel charge over which we have no control. Our staff will advise you on the least expensive way to add baggage so as not to incur extra admin fees. We regret that our service has not met your expectations in this instance.

Thank you for your reply but you've got a few things wrong here, firstly:
- It wasn't exactly a 'Holiday Package' and as you stated for 'ALL' costs, I found out I had to book transfers, and luggage separately.
I just don't see how a 3yr old can eat the same amount on an all inclusive as an adult.
- It is possible for name changes and a case can be argued with the airline, but I would of thought you as an agent would do this, but unfortunately not I had to inquire myself.
- Your staff never advised me on the least expensive way to book luggage, they said "just in put the PNR number on my bookings with the airlines and you'll find a section for it". They issue is I can't even get access to booking luggage because I haven't got access to it as I didn't book it, you did.
I've tried emailing loads of times and I'm getting no replies.
