During the online booking process, you are given the option to add extras which include bags and transfers. Your order submitted does not show that checked bags were requested and the confirmation and booking documents sent prior to departure do not show the inclusion of checked bags. We are unsure how we can be responsible for the omission. However, we do trust that you enjoyed all other aspects of your holiday.

Im partially sighted and a t no point would I have thought you would I consider that you’d let me travel on a seven day holiday without baggage
