We are sorry to hear this and will arrange investigation as our staff are not rude, perhaps there was misunderstanding when we were trying to convey why costs change. You made your booking online however and ticked to accept the terms and conditions that do mention this point in relation to availability.

I CAN CERTAINLY SAY YOUR STAFF ARE RUDE AND SOME OF THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE DELT WITH!!!!!
you can deny all you like, but the lady I spoke to was absolutely awful with a terrible attitude. Had to tell her I was making a complaint, so she would leave me alone. The additional charges weren't the issue, the poor communication and overall experience was disgusting and why I'd never use you again!!
