It would appear that a quote was given for a name change and declined. Unfortunately, the airline or broker does charge for this service and cannot be done free of charge. Alternative options were also given for the accommodation. As a shuttle transfer was booked there would have been other people on board and, whilst we regret the inconvenience and lack of apologies by the in resort supplier, we are sure that age was not an issue.
