To clarify name changes - the costs are dependent on the airline used as they have varying tariffs which may include fare difference and admin fees. Unfortunately, it is a matter over which we have no control

Without getting into public debate we would advise that the process is the same with all airlines, it is the costs that vary considerably.

Had to complain about the luggage allowance which was below the airlines standard amount. ie…
Had to complain about the luggage allowance which was below the airlines standard amount. ie 1` bag up to 20kg, they were selling holiday with 1 bag for the entire party on the trip !!!
