I needed to change my holiday.. Took 4 weeks to get a response to be told they will answer my query in date order.,Meanwhile I was receiving emails asking to pay the balance on the holiday I was attempting to change. I phoned- I emailed and eventually I got put through to Finn who changed it. Then I received no confirmation for over a week because the finance team needed to change it over and they were in no hurry either. Eventually I got confirmation after 12 days.
Plus the holiday prices have soared. By the time I pay the final bill it will be £2000 just for 2 of us to go to Mallorca.,I was told that all prices have soared. I have booked another holiday with another company for next year too for 2 of us as we are are going to the canaries for £1000 including luggage and insurance. I received confirmation from them immediately and contact phone numbers. Will use them again. I favour efficiency over incompetence
