Incompetent. Documents sent quite late. No warning of changed times of flight and messed up…
Incompetent. Documents sent quite late. No warning of changed times of flight and messed up the transfer and no refund after it cost us to rearrange transfer.

Customer service is appalling. You are left on hold for a long time and at premium call rate. Some advisors are helpful but mostly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Mismanaged company and shoddy service.
