Our website is not live and prices can fluctuate on an hour to hour basis. Whilst we understand your frustration it is, unfortunately, a matter over which we have no control as the site is fed from cached information supplied by the individual operators.

We sincerely apologise if the documentation was not received. All the recorded notes indicate that all documentation was emailed and no query was received in this regard prior to departure. If you would write a formal complaint and enclose the in resort receipts the issue will be investigated.

In reply to my e-mail ,nicky paul sent my transfer voucher on the 22nd of September as I was in the hotel early on the 22nd how could I get the voucher printed .nicky cox also sent a e-mail on the 22nd asking me if I had got the vouchers.i phoned on the 20 th and was told the admin was closed for the weekend,so I had no alternative to get a taxi (who don't give receicts).I cant use my phone abroad as I have a cap on it that is why you have had no complaint off me .have I proved my point?
