WE regret that you have found cause to comment on a review centre. Our terms and conditions are quite clear that if we are unable to match the web price or that of a media offer due to fluctuations and/or other contributing factors such as change of date or airport, no money is taken and the request cancelled. We have no control over the fluid pricing within the travel industry and every opportunity is given to accept or decline the new cost.

If this was a one off , then maybe so , every time i have booked with holidays Gems its the same thing , yes you can have the holiday but is now more,and this time it was a lot more as both things had gone up , i simply will not use them again as prices advertised are simply incorrect .
