Thank you for your comments regarding our staff. We note that this was not booked against a specific advert but against a holiday found online with our media partner. Our agent was able to book the holiday at less than seen online. However, our media adverts which appear in various publications do state that the holiday costs 'start from'. These costs are based on airports and dates which may differ from your requirements and should there be any cost difference these, unfortunately, would be for your account. Your payments are secure in a ring fenced account and your holiday protected under the ATOL scheme.
