Hello Sean, further to this it is correct that you agreed to a payment plan which is why money is automatically taken since that is with your agreement. You do appear to have also made an additional separate payment yourself which was not auto collected by us and perhaps this has caused the issue described resulting in a misunderstanding of the plan terms.
